AI Automation Engineer

Aligned to our AI Automation & Integration service, you will design and ship automations that remove manual work for client teams — assistants, document pipelines, lead qualification, support triage and internal copilots.

We care about production reliability: guardrails, evaluation, cost control, logging and human handoff — not one-off demos. You will connect LLMs to CRMs, email, WhatsApp, databases and internal tools with clear failure modes.

• Build LLM-powered workflows with tool calling, retrieval and policy checks
• Integrate CRMs, inboxes, WhatsApp and operational databases
• Measure quality, latency and cost; iterate with structured evals
• Package automations so clients can monitor and request changes safely
• Document prompts, tools and runbooks for support and delivery teams

• Hands-on experience with major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar)
• Ability to ship production automations, not only prototypes
• Comfortable in Python and/or Node.js
• Familiarity with workflow tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or custom orchestrators
• Strong debugging discipline and written communication
