Growth Marketing Specialist

Run performance and growth programs for clinics, salons, cleaning companies, education and SaaS clients — spanning Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.

You will own paid acquisition, landing-page conversion and clear ROI reporting. UAE/GCC market nuance and honest measurement are essential.

• Plan, launch and optimize Google and Meta campaigns
• Improve landing pages, tracking and lead quality loops
• Report results in language clients understand (cost per lead, ROAS, pipeline)
• Coordinate creatives with design and social producers
• Document playbooks that can be reused across industries

• 2+ years hands-on paid media experience with measurable outcomes
• Comfortable with analytics/tagging and conversion debugging
• Experience with UAE or similar competitive local-service markets preferred
• Strong English writing for client updates

• Remote-first delivery with overlap for UAE / USA / UK clients
• Real client products across software, AI and growth marketing
• Clear ownership, written async culture, and senior mentorship
• Path to lead tracks as you grow delivery quality and client trust
